Hi, I was wondering of anyone else is dealing with the same things I am or am I going loopy! I am 3 years post menopause and have never been on any hormone therapy until 3 days ago. I was doing really well when about 3 weeks ago I started feeling so anxious, my body feels so jittery almost panic at times. My doctor wanted me to try some Primpro, do you think this is going to help, and how long before I can really tell a difference. I am also on a antidepressant.

Welcome to the boards!!!

Whenever there is a change in your body, the first thing to investigate is the possibility of side effects of any other medication/over the counter/supplements you are taking....even if you have been taking them for years! Side effects can develop hours, days, months or years after one goes on a medication/otc/supplement regime.

If you are just now experiencing these symptoms, I would suspect side effects from your anti depressant but you'll have to check that out for yourself...don't, I repeat, don't rely on your doctor to do it for you. And don't rely on any one listing of side effects because all of the side effects of a medication are not listed in one place.

Your pharmacist might be a good source to start with.
