Has anyone had loss of taste and smell as part of their menopause symptoms? I do not mean totally lost-- I feel like I cannot smell or taste as good as I use too. I do have anemia and some vitamin deficiencies so this may also be a cause. Just wanted to see if anyone menopausal has noticed the loss of taste and smell somewhat. Thanks!!!

Hi there,

I am peri-menopausal and have been for about a year - which has got progressively worse until I started HRT.

My tastes have changed and I'm suffering with loss of appetite - reading through a lot of the forums posts here I think anything is possible in having the menopause.
