Bi-Estrogen

How many years is it recommended that you can safely take Bi-Estrogen?

Re: Bi-Estrogen

I think taking any estrogen, it should be at it's minimum. Maybe 3-5 years depending on your age, etc. But I know women who take estrogen past 10 years, so I think it would be between you and your doctor and hormone tests etc.
