new and need help
hi i'm new to all this and i would appreciate any advice anyone has to give. My gp has said i'm goin through the perimenopause. He gave me a little information but not much.

Welcome Loxie, Well I would need to know a little more info before I could say very much, like how old are you? What issues are you experiencing? When was your last period? There are so many wonderful women here with advise. I am looking forward to your answers to I might be able to help you. Take care,
