

Hi all!
Anyone have any "natural" solutions for insomnia. I am perimenopausal, am being treated for low "hypo" thyroid , have SVT ( heart arrythmia). I take magnesium,calcium, fish oil and low dose of natural progesterone ( testing showed estrogen dominance).
I have TERRIBLE insomnia at times, seems to getting worse. I tried ambien past ( got terrible headaches), melatonin, valerian root all to no avail.
I keep thinking this is only perimenopause what menopause be like!!!!!!!!
