jema1948 Welcome to the board, Sorry to say but no is the answer. Each woman is so different that something that is working for some aren't for others. You have to find something and stick with it for 1-3 months before you will get the full effect of it so it is sometimes very hard to do. Stay away from spicy, fried foods and that does help on the hot flashes and someone here tried cinnamon and thought it was great. Also Wisdom Menopause Formula was recommended and they said it helped pretty fast I think it is by Wisom and says something about the fruit of the tree of life
. I feel quality of life is so important and sometimes the HRT is just what is needed. Hang in there, you are not alone.
