High FSH, then Low FSH

I am 51yo, I haven't had a period in about 2 years. Last Feb I had my FSH tested as well as my Total serum Estrogen - the numbers were 89 and 62, respectively. This year they were checked again because of a cyst/mass found on my ovary and the FSH was 6.2 - I am still waiting on the Total serum Estrogen number. In addition, my non-fasting Glucose was 47 (this year). CT showed a cystic and solid mass within the left adnexa - about 6.0 x 3.0 with trace fluid seen within the upper pelvis. I have no particular symptoms, no hot flashes, ever, no night sweats, etc. Occasionally my breasts are tender for 3-5 days. Any idea why my FSH would change so dramatically last year to this year - especially in that direction? Thank - you for your time.
