I have never tried to use this method of contact before but I am so confused about where I am at this time in my life, I really feel sometimes I am losing my mind however I am aware that I am at that time of my life where my hormones are becoming a bit independant of me or lacking.
Anyway, what should I take for my mish-mash of a mind, anxiety, feeling isolated and all the other confused feelings? To date I have taken nothing and do not have a great trust in prescribed drugs, any advise to a virgin on line victim?!?!?!?
You don't mention your age and what are your symptoms other then anxiety and mish-mash of a mind? I know that during the peri menopause time my mind went else where and I felt lost most days. I take fish, flax and borage softgels daily (2-3 a day) and that helped me a lot with my anxiety and panic attacks. There are many over the counter supplements for menopause but each woman is different and some things that work for one don't work for another. Maybe a little more info and some of the other ladies might have some suggestions. I hope you are feeling better, keep checking in here as I have found this board to be so helpful.
Hi Julie, thanks for the quick response, I am soon to turn 48. I have just received 'Simply Natural HRT' which I ordered earlier in the week, have you heard of them? They contain: Soy Bean, Seed Fresh Equiv, Soy Isoflavanes, Red Clover, Chaster Tree Extract, Black Cohosh Extract, Dong Quai Extract, Wild Yam Extract, D-Alpha-Tocopheryl and Acid Succinate. Has anyone else tried them? Many thanks

Well I have not heard of 'Simply Natural HRT' but it does sound like it has alot of the supplements in it that are recommended for menopause. I hope you start feeling better on it, some natural supplements can take 3-4 weeks to really see and feel improvement so don't give up on it to fast. Maybe someone else here has tried it. Take care,
