Six more days to go and I will have reached the magic one year anniversary of my last period! But...my stomach is so crampy and queasy these past few days. I'm irritable, cry over everything, and keep running to the bathroom expecting to see that smear of blood on my panties.
My peri has been pretty awful....increased digestive problems (I had IBS to begin with), anxiety, burning feet, tingling hands, sleeplessness, forgetfullness, fogginess...my main complaint these days are the night sweats. I do have to say we are saving lots on heating expenses because my heat is never on past 58 during the day (which is too hot for me) and 52 at night (and my window is open).
So if I reach 3/12 without a period, I'm in menopause...but, all these deligtful symptoms continue anyway?? Bleh.
Does anyone past that 12 month mark still feel like they are getting their period, or have their period but with bleeding?
