meno-eze herbal supp with black cohosh etc - Menopause Message Board

Hello Again,

Here in Australia we have a product called meno-eze which has a combination of soy, redclover, black cohosh, panax(korean) ginseng, dong quai and licorice. Has anyone tried it or something similar and had any side effects? Better still has it helped symptoms. I prefer the natural route if it can help but open to hrt if it doesn't

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I bought a product that has most of the same things you just listed from the healthfood store. I haven't tried it yet. But believe me, today I am really needing to give it a try. I feel horrible with PMS, Perimenopause symptoms. I should have been on something because a few days before my period starts I really get bad symptoms.
