Natural Menopause - Menopause Message Board

I'm a newbie to these boards, but not to posting - I've been in a very easy menopause, not doing HRT, though I did do it for a year when I couldn't sleep.

Now my question is, is there a natural approach to keeping my vaginal tissues healthy so that me and my partner can still enjoy each other?

I find that taking plenty of vitamin B complex daily really makes all the difference.

I take B 100 complex, once or twice daily, and drink plenty of water.

If taking B vitamins doesn't do it, a little Astroglide helps. It's not thick light KY gel.
