Hey i'm a son of a mother who is 46 and she has been getting hot flashes recently. I want to know if anyone of you take vitamins, herbal supplements, or anything that works for this condition. I would appreciate a response. Thank you so much.

Vitamin supplements are a good thing I feel. Evening primrose oil seems to help a lot of women with moods swings. The herbals don't seem to work in the long run. Cutting out caffine and alcohol helps a lot too. The web site Land O'links is a great site with lots of information. It's posted below under Great Web site.
