Mood swings, Can't do HRT, looking for Natural help. - Menopause Message Board

Hi, Anyone! Mood swings are getting worse, They only last for a short time but, there's irratible, sad, anxiety, blue, etc. My husband is calling me: ME, Myself and Woof
(my pet name). I can't do HRT cause mom died of breast cancer/per-menpausal, what's
the soy good for, I do get enough calcium, what can I do for mood swings, anxiety. I've always been a happy-go-lucky, up-beat spontaneous, "do-anything" person but now I get anxious. What is that!!!! . Help. Mag

I don't know if there's anything that will get you over the mood swings but time. If your husband understands, that helps. I don't take anything now but I always appologize to the people that matter and I don't want to hurt. They understand and the ones who don't are just looking for something to be mad at me about anyway. Now they have a good excuse

you may want to try Evening Primrose Oil. A few of the women I know take it and it works wonderful for them.
