Crawling out of my skin - Menopause Message Board

HI everyone, still feeling ike total ****. Its like one good day, one bad day, over and over. This insomnia is not fun. I feel weird. I have the crawliest skin and have been so itchy the last year. I thought it was adjusting to humidity, but now I dont think so.

I have taken this one medicine for hives in the past. The name is hydroxizine and it is also an anti-anxiety, often given before surgery. It is gooooooood stuff. I hope that my doctor will kick down.

I had a horrible fourth, paralyzed with grief and fear that I will continue to be alone the rest of my life.I cried most of the day.

I am so sick of feeling this way. My doctor apointment is not until the 23rd! YIKES.
