 premature menopause
When I was 24yrs I had ovarian failure which lead to early menopause. Because of my age the doctor advised me to take HRT (pill form), I was on it for 4yrs but it caused me severe personality changes, I finally came off it and for a year visited a homoapath (not much use to me).
For the last 4 yrs I've been on HRT Patches (combi)and every 6 months I come off the HRT for one month I am no doctor but this works for me. I now lead a full active life with no unusual side effects.
I also take cod liver oil and Garlic capsules.
One thing that has always got me through is a strong belief in living life to the full.
