progesterone cream - Menopause Message Board

as anyone tried "source naturals natural phytoestrogen cream" according to the web site it contains 500mg of progesterone per oz and its cheaper than the other brands,i tried progesta-care for 10months with no success but i want to try again with a different make.i would be grateful for any recomendations,i have also given hrt a try with no success,so i'm going back to trying the cream.thanks Ginette.

Hi ..I have not tried that kind...I use Dioscerine(sp) ..I think the best dose is 1000 mg. per once.
Ive been on it since X-mas..& it has really helped with period pain. Its about 35.$ Canadian.
