Antymuff, I can honestly say that losing weight has never been easier for me - I keep my carbs under 30g a day so no bread, pasta, pastries, sugar, starchy veggies etc. I eat meat, fish, eggs and (occasionally) cheese along with salads, low carb veggies like spinach, broccoli, cauli, asparagus etc. I have eggs and bacon for breakfast, sometimes a low carb protein bar or tuna/salad for lunch and then meat and salad for tea. Strawberries and cream for dessert are my favourite! Lots of water and a vitamin supplement. I am not saying that it would suit everyone but once I realized that the chronic indigestion and bloated feeling were linked very closely with my consumption of gluten/wheat products it was a synch! I am also exercising regularly - walk up the local mountain 2-3 times a week and rowing erg once a week. Now, if only I didnt need the jolly HRT, it would all have gone by now
