| Melasma and Maca Root
Hello to all of you,
I have been reading this board for a very long time. You know the story, hot flashes, night sweats, can't sleep, allergies and on and on. But, there were a few writings on the board from some of you that suffer from Melasma. I have suffered with this for over 8 years and believed it started with peri and has spreaded over my face. The last hormone test I took indicated very low estrogen, although I think it is time I take another. If any of you that have discussed this condition before are still on the board and have been able to diminish or cure your melasma, please let me know.
On a different subject ....MACA....I read that some of you are also taking this herb/supplement. Please tell me your feelings on this. Has it helped balance your hormones? Have any of you ever taken MACA for melasma or would you say that since taking it your skin improved also? I know I am rambling a bit, but I hope you understand what I am asking. Any insight into your melasma or Maca would be helpful Thank youl
