To Women in Menopause,
I want to know from the women who are using natural hormone replacement therapy, who are in the state of "menopause," how it is working for them? I learned of the NHRT by doing my own research on the internet but I was very encouraged and enthused about it after listening to Susanne Sommers and Dr.Phil's wife, Robin McGraw. According to these two women and a few other women from the audience, they speak about how they balanced their hormones and now they are doing "great." Some women say they got their lives back and on and on. I started on NHRT a little over three months ago after reading a really good book on the subject and I was so hoping to get my life back. Now I don't know what to expect. I sleep a little better but other than that I don't feel any better or any different. In fact, I had a few problems with the medication and now I'm on lower dose which so far seems to have remedied situation. So far it's cost me around $110.00 a month, CASH, which I can barely afford. My prescription plan won't pay for it. I'm going to give it a couple more months or so and see what happens. Once my optimum dose is established the cost will be cut in half. So what I want to know is what kind of success or failure other women are having?
Thanks,
