Cog,
You sound so much like me. I'm 44, love music, love to dance. Just a year ago, anytime I heard a song I liked,
I was up dancing, didn't matter where I was. Now I just tap my toes, because I don't have the energy. My husband snores too. Drives me bonkers! But thankfully I started driving him crazy (that didn't sound right!), and he sleeps in another room lately. I'm like a fish outa the water at night, flopping around, hot, cold, hot, cold, go to the bathroom....I wake up feeling like I haven't slept in weeks. My Doctor told me that is what starts the anxiety. One symptom leads to another. My Nutritionist pounded me about taking the right vitamins, and wants me to try the Zone Diet, or following the Glycemic Index. She said it the easiest thing I can do to help with all the symptoms naturally. The fatigue is amplified by our blood sugar levels being on a roller coaster. She says during this time in our lives, our whole system is much more delicate than before, and has to be treated that way. I've been on the Zone diet for 2 days so far, so I'm still in the learning stage, but will let you know
if I see a major difference. If you are experiencing the extreme fatigue, you might want to check into it.
