Question Pro-gest & Soy; How long does it take for these to start working?

Hi, I recently started pro-gest natural progesterone cream & soy isoflav. tablets. I only started the cream last night & the soy (isoflavones/psytoestrogens) last week. I started them after reading good things that it could even out perimenopause hormones/symptoms. How long does it take for these to start working?

I've noticed since starting the Pro-Gest (last night) that I've very tired today... sluggish. Maybe I should start with only 1/2 tsp. once a day, instead of twice.

Hi Sport46,

The progesterone cream can take up to a month to kick in. I noticed a slight difference though in about 10 days. I would only use about a pea size once a day. If that doesn't help then I would increase to twice a day. I am not sure about the soy, but I would give it a few more weeks also.
