Tired

Has anyone had issues with feeling REALLY tired some days and some days you can feel like running a marathon?

I am a regular walker - almost every day and even started running for short periods; however, he for about the last week, I have been freaking out because my stamina has been lower than normal. Last night I could have ran but I chose to just walk. Today, I walked on my lunch hour and felt like I had been walking for 24 hours. Help!

Re: Tired

Yes, I have felt that way alot. Some days I feel like running a marathon but most days just walking in a store I feel like you said, like I have been walking for 24 hours. Other than support I have no idea how to help you. Any replies you get for remedies on this topic would help me too. I am newly diagnosed. My diagnosis is premature menopause but actually right now I am perimenopausal. Any support you could give me would help me too.

Re: Tired

Hi!

Thanks for the reply!

When you got diagnosed - are you much younger than the normal age? I am 39 and will be 40 in January...

Re: Tired

Yes, I am much younger than the normal age. I am 31 and going to be 32 in October. I started right on my 31st birthday last October expierencing symptoms of peri but I have just been diagnosed in the last month. My doctor said that I did start peri at that time it just took her a while to catch on to what was going on with me because I am so young.
