Just recognize it as a part of menopause, once you accept that, it will ease your mind. Alot of us women are experiencing the same feelings, so know that you are not alone in this.

Jo57: Try to do some meditation or yoga and exercise. Take some extra Vit B12 and B6. See if you can get your hormones tested and see if you might benefit from some progesterone, the calming hormone. It's a tough part of life. We have to make the best of it.
