Bioidentical helped with insomnia but not heart palps

Man those things are stubborn! But I have to say that they aren't as relentless and torturing as they were w/o the progesterone. I get them during my period and continue to get them till I ovulate. Once I ovulate things are pretty nice and calm. But those first two weeks I don't go a day without some somewhere during the night or day I look forward to the week that I ovulate because it's a time when my life is normal. My one, wonderful week of the month!

Re: Bioidentical helped with insomnia but not heart palps

Hi Irisrose,

Glad to hear that progesterone is helping you out. My heart palps are the complete opposite, I get them when I begin ovulating and they get worse during my period. After that I am good until I ovulate again, then look out!!!

Take care and I am glad that you are finding some relief.

Missy

Re: Bioidentical helped with insomnia but not heart palps

Thanks Missy! Funny how we all respond differently with our hormones at different times in our cycle. Trying to figure out a rhyme or reason is

I have to say, though, that I'm glad I can at least sleep again. Still not the kind of sleep I had 15yrs ago. But much, much better than the previous 2 months. I don't dread going to bed anymore!
