Gradually got off HRT now sore breasts
I'm confused. My gyn told me to gradually stop my hrt due due a problem I had. I made a 3 month plan and 'm on my last 2 weeks right now. Up to this point, I haven't felt any difference but suddenly my breasts are so sore just like years ago when I used to suffer from PMS. I went out and bought Midol for Teens because it said it helped with bloating and I found some relief with that. Has anyone ever hear of this and if so, how long will I be sore? Thanks

My gyno tells me that menopausal symptoms can last up to 3 years if I stop my HRT. Everyone is different so no one can say how long this will last. Hope you get relief soon.
