Hot flashes
Okay. I stopped my birth control pills in mid September and got my fsh tested in Dec. Its 59.6
No periods yet, wonderful! But unless something is off with our furnace, I may be getting hot flashes. Should I be taking something for them?

Hi Nona,

Congratulations!! Hope your periods are gone for good with no other symptoms other than hot flashes!! The only thing that helps me with them is the black cohosh. Try it and it might help yours.

I've found dong quai helpful for hot flashes.

Well, they're not that bad, and not every night, and last about 3 minutes.
Its been four months I've been off my birth control pills, no period yet!
