How long before hrt starts to work
I have recentyly stareted hrt but dont know how long it takes to start working

depending on the dose it could start to work in three days to get rid of the hot flashes ..I use bioidentical hormones and have for years but I do know that you have to get the dose just right for you some need less some need more..

I use the estrogen patch. I noticed it lessened my hot flashes that same day.

I just started Vagifem supositories and Testerone cream a week ago. I think the cream has started to work for my libedo but nothing yet with the drought "down there"

Which one without the other doesn't do me much good.
