I am almost 58 and had my last period 4 years ago. I wonderered if anyone else was finding that their urine flow had slowed during the night. In the day it's fine - a good strong flow in fact.
I now have to get up twice every night, (sometimes 3 times), and always seem to be bursting to go and been holding on in my sleep. I find the flow is then often very slow, from start to finish. Being prone to anxiety like many menopausal women,I was concerned about my bladder, but as I have a normal flow during the day I figure there's nothing causing an obstruction, or it would be happening all the time.
It's all confusing as I can hold on for ages during the day, but at night seem to have to go every 3 hours or so.
Would love to hear if anyone else has had this and how they fixed it. Of course it could just be a sympton of getting older.
