Worry worry worry

I worry about every little minuscule thing now -it seems to be getting worse - is this normal? Anyone else? UGH! hahaha

well i don't worry about every little thing..but it seems that now that I have gone through menopause, every time something comes up in my life that there doesn't seem to be a solution to it gives me anxiety. it just drives me crazy.. i try and write down possible solutions on a piece of paper and try to get this done as soon as possible..as soon as the problem is fixed the anxiety goes away..

I never used to be like this so it is all menopause related and hormone out of whack..wish i had them back they make life so much better..
