I've had most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism minus the weight gain although I haven't been dianosed as such. Traditional doctors look at my high TSH and say I'm fine because it's still in range. However, I had a menopause practitioner tell me that I was borderline hypothyroid after looking at my bloodwork results from another doctor. Anyway, I also had low progesterone as well. Symptoms of hypothyroid are common in perimenopausal women because of the unbalance of excess estyrogen to low progesterone. I now use progesterone cream and it has helped greatly with the hypo symptoms. Give the cream a shot. Just don't use more than the recommended amount because too much progesterone can also disrupt the thryoid. I found this out the hard way.
