Tikitoez Newbie (female) Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: San Jose, California Posts: 2	Estrogen is High levels...says my GYN Does high level of Estrogen mean that I am not in menapause although I am 54 or does it mean that I am past menapause? I stopped taking estrogen since then and some of the hot flashes have returned but not as bad so far....I had blood test showing high level of estrogen ....I had a hysterectomy along time ago (I still have my overies) so it is hard to tell if I am in menapause or out of it???
