tinkerbell45 Senior Member (female) Join Date: Sep 2010 Location: Virginia Posts: 242	Vitamins for menopause? I wanted to know what vitamins I could take that might help for menopause. I am going through it right now FULL-BLOWN because i had to have a hysterectomy. I will not use the horomones because of all the breast cancer issuses and my sister had breat cancer 3 years ago she fought the battle and won so i am NOT gonna give my body an edge on that.
