Help with body imblance

I need help. I am having symptoms of racing pulse, tingling in the legs, exhaustion and feeling lighthead with any little activity. This has been going on for about 2 weeks and getting worse. This is causing me much anxiety and almost becomes a panic attack. Also having waves of vertigo. Doctors are unsure what cause is. My mom thinks it's hormone inbalance due to menapause, I'm in the midstream. Please has anyone out there had any of these problems and what to take? I really need help with this situation.
Thank you
Marrie12

Re: Help with body imblance

Sorry you are having these symptoms but they all sound pretty normal to me! I have chosen for lots of reasons to do this naturally so I am not sure I am much help - I just wanted to reassure you that you will be okay - as time passes the symptoms are lessening for me to I continue to believe once the body (and brain) gets used to the 'new normal' things will look much brighter. I do take a small dose of magnesium at night which calms me down and helps me sleep.....good luck and most of all - do not let the FEAR rule your life - it really makes things much worse.

Re: Help with body imblance

I have had all of the same things. Several months ago, I started with vertigo, lightheadedness, inability to do any physical exercise, tingling sensations, anxiety, etc. My GYN says it's all part of menopause. I began using Lexapro 5 mg. daily and it has worked wonders for all of these symptoms. I plan to continue using it for a while until I get thru this crazy time! I had been without a period for 8 months and now I am back to having a light period again, so I guess I'm not officially through it yet. I have had just about every symptom mentioned in any book, so I'll be glad when this is all over! hang in there!!
