Lets see - I worry about my son - everything - getting hit by a car, doing well in school, etc. I worry about my job, about my health (thats a big one), about the size of the moon - hehe..
I have anxiety which I'm thinking goes hand in hand with worry.
Along with my myriad of symptoms during this time, I have noticed the worry thing has gotten a little worse.
Anyone else? Any ideas to ease it other than medication?
