Moisture wicking/cooling sheets

Has anyone tried moisture wicking/cooling sheets? I'm beginning to wonder if that is a big part of my insomnia. I don't wake up hot like a hot flash, but I wake up sweaty. So obviously my body temp is doing something during the night that's causing the sweating. And I know keeping the body cool helps with sleep and helps with deep sleep, then that might be my problem. I just never thought it was the reason for my poor sleep, I just thought I got sweaty and then woke up for some other reason and then realized I was sweaty.

Those sheets aren't cheap, but if it would help keep me cooler and dry, it might be worth it.

Re: Moisture wicking/cooling sheets

I haven't tried a bed sheet but I have tried a pillow, and special wicking pajamas.
Both worked only a tiny bit, and were not worth the money. Meno DEFINITELY affects sleep, you're not alone.

regards, Sue

Darn!

I just don't understand why I sleep so fitfully even when I do sleep. And I seem to wake up more often than not sweaty. Sometimes mildly sweaty and other times really sweaty. Not enough to have to change clothes or bedding. But it's really annoying.
