Pain in testicles after all clear urine test

So ive been having pains in my testicles for a week or so now after not having them for a week. I had a urine test about a month ago when i first had these pains and the test came back all clear however the doctor never examined the area and the pain has returned once again , do i go back to the doctors or is there any other form of treatment tha could help me
