Stretching exercises for the FRENULUM ?

I have been reading in these boards that it is quite common for guys to rip their frenulum while having sex. I was wondering if there is any kind of stretching exercises for the frenulum that might prevent it from tearing and bleeding ?

Also, does it always tear ?

Thanks, Kid.

No it doesn't always tear. The only real excercise is to retract the forskin, pulling it back until the frenulum is really tight. Hold it there for a long time to help stretch it out. This needs to be repeated daily until the frenulum slowly stretches out.

I had the same problem. Try this. Lay on your belly and with, foreskin fully retracted, aim your penis towards your feet and, keeping pressure on it, slide down enough to tighten your frenulum to the point that it hurts a bit. I'd go to sleep like that.

Every time you take a leak, pull your foreskin back as far as you can. It won't stretch over night, but is worth the effort. Once stretched, chances of tearing it are nil unless you get into some violent sex.
