Foreskin Exercises

I'm so **********, my foreskin doesn't stretch at all, all I can see on my head is about the size of my pinky nail. It's very small, I need good exercises to help this, but I don't think it will work...should I just get a dorsal cut or w/e it's called? These excercises won't help me out for a long time because it's so bad...anyways if you think exercises can help then please don't tell me to look around the thread, I have.

I see you should pull the skin back as far as it goes and let it sit for a min or something but what else can I do...?

Re: Foreskin Exercises

That's about it as far as stretching exercises go - just make sure you do it every morning and night and it should eventually work

You might as well try it first - otherwise you could end up always wondering what it would be like to have an intact foreskin

Just my opinion anyway

Re: Foreskin Exercises

Well your excercises should be much longer than just a minute and for maximum stretching you should do it when erect.

If nothing helps, talk to your doctor about getting a topical steroid creme, like Betamethasone. This can help in the stretching process.

Re: Foreskin Exercises

the stretching exercises should be done about 20 minutes a day. they will work in 6 to 8 weeks. surgery is a quick, painful fix, and the stretching works for about 99% of guys, regardless of how tight the foreskin is when they start.
betamethasone cream works, but you have to stretch when you're using it, so you would do just as well to get serious about the stretching now.
it's a lot of effort, but it's well worth it...a whole new world worth of pleasure.

Just a small point Tommy, surgery may be quick and painful but the healing process is often a longer drawn out process than if the guy stretched regularly for a while.
I feel he sould stretch pulling back for a while then switch to the two finger method once he can insert two finger tips. There are plenty of posts about these methods if he does a search.

I read them Geoffrey, if you read my post I tried to find em but I was just wondering if there was anything else and it's hard to find em a little.

Anyways, I'll start trying the foreskin pull back thingy I guess that's all I can do. Why is my dick so frigin messed up.

You need to search the archive. Have a look at the bottom of the page for a link to it. Here are a couple of posts I found http://www.healthboards.com/boards/archive/index.php/t-69875

Re: Foreskin Exercises

Hey bud, sounds like you need to work on the opening of your foreskin a bit as well, not just the length. Sounds like you've looked around on the thread and still don't have what you need. Heres a suggestion, first and foremost be patient and consistent with this stretching stuff, don't get frustrated, that'll only make it worse. Your penis isn't "friggin messed up" it just needs some help, like many of us uncut guys! I'd suggest that you start by taking warm or hot soaking baths (lotion will help as well, particularly something oil based that will allow you to keep working for a while) Take your foreskin and pull it out over the head of your penis as far as you can (without pain) and gently work on making the opening larger. Using circular motions and gently stretching each time. Keep this up for as long as you can, do it daily and soon you'll begin to see some progress. Then you may be able to start on the lengthening piece as well.

Re: Foreskin Exercises

Thanks Lance for following up. I have not had much time lately and didn't give the original post a proper read. Sorry Qwerty everything is so busy lately. I totally agree with Lance that your penis is not messed up. It just needs a bit of TLC. We have helped guys with far worse problems, including even smaller openings than yours and even adhesions like "Extra" in one of those threads. We have learnt things from their problems along the way too. Also some of the circumcised guys with too much skin removed, skin bridges etc have really messed up dicks that I'm aftraid we and doctors have not been able to help.

Re: Foreskin Exercises

i had to have surgery to open up the ring of my foreskin and to cut some of the adhesions that had appeared over the years

you have the option of being put to sleep or being awake, i chose to be awake. there really wasnt much pain untill she had to remove some old smegma that had attatched its self to my head, now that really hurt

it ended up being a dorsal slit so there were some stitches. go see a urologist and see what they recomend. if you have surgery, be prepared to stay awake every night because of erections when you try to fall asleep. in 7 days after my sugery i got maybe 9 hours of sleep total. hell it might of been even less than that. and you'll have to change your bandages alot cause of all the blood and urine.. that gets rather annoying, especially the first couple days after cause of the pain

but its a great feeling when the pain goes away and everything looks normal. i cant believe how intense my orgasms are now that the foreskin can roll over my head. it's awesome

i notice the skin is still a little tight, but now with the adhesions gone i can actually do some of these stretching exercises

hope that helps man.. first thing you should do is go to a urologist

Re: Foreskin Exercises

no, the first thing you should do is not to go to a urologist. the first thing you should do is to do the stretching exercises. urologists are a bit too prone to recommending surgery, sometimes unnecessarily. my family was the victim of doctors who recommended surgery, and didn't know what they were talking about. if the stretching doesn't work in two months, then go to the urologist.

Re: Foreskin Exercises

I agree with Tommy. Try the stretching first. The pain and swelling from any surgery means that it takes just as long, or longer, as stretching without any loss of function.

Re: Foreskin Exercises

ok guys I took a hot bath the other day and did the exercises and I was able to pull the foreskin back a little over the head, but I can't do it with ease, how should i exercise this, just pull it back as far as it goes and sit like that for some time, and it doesn't go all the way back, but it's wierd i just did it slowly and when i make myself harder i got it pushed back more...how should i continue i want it to go back more and to go back easier...

Re: Foreskin Exercises

Dear qwerty123,
How far back did you get it in the end? Soaking in hot water helps soften the skin so it will stretch further.
To stretch you need to pull back on the foreskin with your hand until it feels stretched uncomfortably without actually hurting. This is probably easier with an erection. Hold that for a few minutes then relax and rest it before repeating. If the opening is getting big enough so that maybe the head will pop right through then you can switch to putting the ends of two fingers into the foreskin opening. Even the ends of your little fingers will do. Pull the fingers apart so that the foreskin opening stretches and hold it for a few minutes just like the other method. If you have an erection with the first method and the foreskin gets stuck behind the head squeeze the head firmly to force the blood that causes the erection out and ease the skin forward. If you try and try and it's still stuck you need to see a doctor straight away as this can turn into an emergency. The condition is called paraphimosis. It's not a common problem but I feel you need to be warned about it. It is the reason I think the two finger method is safer once you get the skin opening wide enough to do it.
It sounds like you have already had some improvement so keep at it. You should see improvement as long as you keep at it.
Cheers and Happy New Year,
Geoff
