Options to increase penis size? - Men's Health Message Board

I know there are plenty of sections in here about penis size, but I have an important question. What options do men have to increase penis size that WORK! I have read tons of articles about this, but I wonder what really works. The only thing I read that could work involves cutting a ligament to the penis so it hangs more. DOes this really increase the size when erect? Has anyone out there had this done? What are the results? I am interested in true results and options that increase the length only. Please don't write saying size doesn't matter, to some of us it really does. I hope someone out there has real sugestions, things that will really work, not just get my hopes up. Thank you

The ligament thing only increases the amount of your penis that hangs when flaccid, it doesn't increase erection size. It's a trick for the locker room and not the bedroom.

There are no ways to increase your erection size because no one has yet discoverd what controls penis growth. Exeriments have been done using testosterone, growth hormone and estrogen. None of those worked to increase penis size at all except in the very rare cases of micropenis (like 1/2" sized penis).

You are just going to have to be happy with what you have and let it give you pleasure. When you die, I don't know of anyone's tomb stone that says his penis size..........I mean, who really cares. If all your life meant was your penis size........how shallow can it get.

Michael, don't worry about your size. At least not from the stand of trying to increase it. I personally think all the pills, pumps, and gadgets are snake oil treatments at best! They simply don't do it. I think most men are uncomfortable of their penis size, for whatever reasons. With certain exceptions, I have had very good luck with my average package and the fact I have huge hands and a willing tongue. I strive to use all my tools and continue to get better. I ask questions, listen to her breathing, watch her body movements, allow her to take control when she needs to or wants to. That's honestly all you need partner. The only time I would even think about surgery to extend the ligament, is in a case where the man suffers from the micro-penis thing (I can't remember the clinical term) but it is when a man is less than 3 1/2 inches erect, then it staets some serious self esteem issues that most doctors would be glad to correct.

I guess I won't be so worried about it if I didn't hear from my wife that her ex was huge, and it made her feel great. WOW! Did it suck to hear that! Now I feel I will never satisfy her.

My, that was sensitive of her! I guess you'll have to focus on "satisfying" her in ways besides intercourse. I wouldn't resort to pointing out her deficiencies.

The previous posters are correct about the operation. All it really does is change the point where you can start measuring. It doesn't really let you go deeper.

There is another option. There are sleeves designed to go over your erect penis. Some leave the head exposed and have various size bumps on them. Others are shaped like a whole penis and add length and girth. Some have vibrators attached. They might give her a "fuller" feeling or provide the extra stimulation she's looking for from intercourse.
