Pain in groin and right testicle

I recently developed a pain in my right testicle and right side of my groin. Sometimes the pain is in my right leg as well. I have been to the doctor and ruled out a hernia and testicle cancer. While the pain has got alot better it's always constant. I was given Bactrim DS for a possible infection and told to come back in three weeks if no better. Does anyone have any idea what this maybe. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I too have had a lot of pain in my testicles for years. Doctors never find anything. Both of mine hang side by side and I think that they bang into each other, which causes the pain.

If one of yours hangs lower than the other, then I haven't a clue

Re: Pain in groin and right testicle

My guess is benign prostatitis. A few years ago I thought I had a hernia, and it turned out to be that.

It required a round of CIPRO to get better. I also had to cut out coffee (regular AND decaf) and colas for a time. And taking soy isoflavones (get them at a health food store) seemed to help.

Good luck.
