Overly sensitive penis head anyone.......

hey fellas
as many of you know i have a overly sensitive penis head. It hurts when u touch it, retract the foreskin even if u leave the foreskin back to let the air at it, it dries then hurts when u retract it again!
I have a solution fellas:

-Every night before you go to bed pull the foreskin back and push it forwards as quickly as you can 30 times it started to feel good instead of painful with a week.

-when ever u go to the toilet retract you foreskin then after u finish shake then push it back this is not necessary when you go for a crap

-when in the shower let the water hit the head of your penis through your foreskin even pull the foreskin tight from underneath so there is as little resistance as possible, when u feel comftable with that pull back the foreskin and walk into the spray from the shower making sure to hold your penis 90 degrees out from your body it WILL be uncomfortable but wont be excruciatingly painful either just try to stand there with the water hammering down for say 15-20 seconds it will feel like longer so count out loud or you may finish earlier.

I cant touch the head yet but i can feel an improvement so i hope this helps you guys out there im open to feedback im not part of a company just a average fella willing to help out
cheers jack

I've said it here before, the more you expose the head of your penis to direct stimulation, the less sensitive it will be! Keep up the good work, your lil guy will soon bring you much more pleasure than pain.

You will feel neither pleasure nor pain if you use numbing cream...

I personally was circumsized at a young age (5), my parents wanted it for hygenic reasons.
