I recently noticed that, right where my butt cheeks begin, if i pull them apart, there is a small hole above my anal opening, but located right at the beginning of my bottocks.

Its been 2 months that smelly liquid has been coming out of this hole. I put a tissue every day to not stain any of my clothing and it smells very bad. What is this? What should i do? I think i remember having this small opening for a long time, but it never gave out a liquid... It smells very bad most of the time, but it is faintly colored light red to peach. Can someone help here? Would normal medication stop this?

Sounds like a doctor visit to me. Probably nothing, but better safe than sorry.

It sounds like a pilonidal sinus to me. This is a small infection caused by an ingorwn hair. It's fairly common and in its early stage can be cleared up with antibiotics. However, more often, men tend to leave it so that it has to be surgically removed. This is not serious and is often done as day case.

BUT go and see a doctor!
