Final Shot,
I am 65 years old so it has been a long time since I went through puberty, but I will relate what I remember and information from what I have read. This may not all be accurate; others can correct any incorrect information.
First the balls grow and begin producing testosterone. You then grow hair in the armpits and around the penis and balls. At the same time your voice begins to deepen. This process probably begins around 13 or 14. The penis will then grow and will grow until you are about 16. Of course you will begin to grow fuzz on the face, which eventually develops into a beard. Shaving will probably begin at 14 or so.
The hair around the penis and balls will continue to grow as well as hair on other parts of the body, chest, stomach, etc. until the late teens and even longer.
