is it normal for part of the glans to appear greyish when not erect? particularly on the underside or side of the penis glans. on the top it's pinkish but on the sides leading towards underneath the urethra area it is greyish. maybe it's a little purplish but it seems very greyish. it is easier to see during daylight. i want to make sure i'm still normal. thank you.
I experienced that about 2 years ago and went to a urologist. He said I had balanitis and prescribed a strong steroid cream to apply daily. I did that faithfully and the color is almost 100% but it took about a year. I am not convinced I had balanitis but in any event the cream worked.
