Re: low hanging scrotum
As it's been said, we all come in different shapes and sizes. The scrotum will either hang low or be tight against the body depending on several factors. The testicles need to be about 2 degrees lower than body temperature to produce healthy sperm and that is why they are outside the body in the pouch of skin known as the scrotum.
The distance of "hang" is controlled by the cremaster muscle. If the testes are cold, they will snuggle up against your abdomen for warmth, if warm, then they hang.
If you're under stress or excited, your scrotum may tighten. Sexual activity, especially when approaching orgasm, will cause them to tighten as will running or other athletic activity (this is probably to keep them from swinging around as much and getting injured.)
The amount of "hang" you get under "normal" conditions will vary from guy to guy. For every guy like you that thinks their scrotum is always hanging too low, there are an equal number of guys who think theirs is always too tight.
As long as your equipment works and you are producing healthy sperm, then I'd say there's nothing to worry about.
