Hello

hello after i had some penis injury, i noticed a side effect of that problem was that my foreskin is acting up. It used to cover my penis most of the time, now most of the time it leaves the penis head uncovered and when i try to pull it forward, it is quite hard, and i can't stretch it to cover the head.

anyone know why this happened? If i hurt my penis, does that also hurt the foreskin... my penis injury made me partially impotent, but i wonder why the foreskin is also dysfunctional.. maybe someone here has some knowledge of this?

I would check this out with the urologist. A hardening of the foreskin sounds like it could be a rare problem, called BXO (Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans), and also known as Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus (LSA). This is not a problem of only intact men, it also can happen to women, and circumcised men. This can be treated with steroids, but time is of the essence.
