| Searching for peace of mind
Hi everyone, I'm posting here after a couple of weeks of weird feelings inside my body.
I recently suffered from a panic attack, my first one, and have since been experiencing little pains in my chest area and other places at times. Nothing constant and nothing intense, the pains usually only last for a second or less.. I've been to the hospital and have had an ECG, Chest X-Rays, and a blood test to check for high enzymes which would indicate heart damage.. Doctor said he didn't see anything and told me that he really doesn't think it's my heart, so that was a small relief. However, I'm still worried about the pains I'm feeling.. I'll describe everything I can and maybe someone can help me out...
All of these are not constant: I get little pains in my upper chest area, tingling sensations in my pinky and ring fingers on my left hand, sometimes a pain right at the tips of my fingers on both of my hands, left leg pain around behind the knee, tingling in my left foot, shoulder pain, pain in my left eye, pain that feels like it's deep inside my left ear and right behind the left ear lobe, tension headaches in the back of my head(these last for a little while and don't happen every day), pain on the inner side of my elbow, pain in my forearm, and I always seem to be tired lately.
Could these little pains be a sign of an oncoming stroke and/or could they be related to my panic attack? I was shivering quite badly when it happened so I'm wondering if I could have damaged some nerves.
Any help/theories would be much appreciated..
Thanks,
Larry
