Can Smoking, lets say you smoked an hour before, cause your penis to not go up?
Can it cause any penis problems?

Smoking what? To my knowledge, the direct effects of smoking will not cause ED. However, smoking does constrict blood vessles. To get an erection, you want to have blood vessels relax. So smoking will theoretically work against you in the erection department. Practically, I don't think is will (again unless you've smoked long enough and you are suseptible to the narrowing of arteries that smoking can cause.

Both smoking and alcohol can cause temporary impotence or not being able to get the lil guy up and ready for action!

Yes it can. My husband has smoked since he was 15, he is now 48. He TRIED to quit about 2 years ago. He did for about 6 weeks. And let me tell you, when he quit for that 6 weeks, I could see a HUGH difference in the sex department. Actually I could see a difference in everything about him when he quit. Now if he could only quit for good.
