is there anything i can do to lower my sperm count? i have had a couple condoms break in the past, and i was lucky that the women i was with got the day after pill. i was thinking, i might not be so lucky in the future, and i dont want to have a kid for sure
so is there anything i can do/eat/pills to take, etc that will lower my sperm count?
Here's the problem: in order for you not to impregnate your partner, the only real answer is a vasectomy. Since we know that it only takes one sperm to fertilize the ovum, then your really are playing Russian roulette by hoping that by reducing the number of sperm will make you safe from fatherhood. How many will it take to make you comfortable - 20,000,000 or 2,000,000?
The real question here might be why the condoms are breaking. In over twenty years of condom use, I've only had one break and it was made from a non-latex material. Be sure you use only water based lubricants, for example, since oil based lubricants such as hand lotion can cause the condom to break. Do you have any idea why the condoms broke?
I think we've answered that, "No." But, just so have a sense of what your needs are, how many will you feel comfortable with. Wear a condom, it beats the hell out of counting those tiny, little things.
and besides, no doctor is going to give you testerone injections because you want to lower your sperm count. If pregancy is the big deal here, then condoms, anstinence, have you gf take the pill, IUD, etc are alternatives. But to answer your question, "No, nobody is aware (so far) of a drink or food that will lower your sperm count." chris
Drink lots and lots of soda ya know the one with the rep of lowering sperm count. And masterbate a lot so much that you out produce your tesicals. Try to materbate like 4 times a day for like a couple of months and have that 2 a day matetaince thing going. You should then lower the count, but I'll still use protection still cause ya never know.
Whats wrong with a couple of young ones running around? I think little kids are cute. I don't have none myself, my girl has a 4 1/2 year old and twin 2 year olds, all boys. Man are they a handfull!
