over the past couple of months I have experienced these symptoms that are scary. Aching groin (especially when bending over, leaning or lifting). a very sensitive lump on top of my left testicle (is it sort of soft and moves around). an enlarged vein leading to that testicle. a burning sensation that comes and goes in my groin and that radiates sometimes down my left leg. The pain gets worse when there my testicles hang low, swing or the top gets bumped. supportive underwear seems to help somewhat. what could this be. I would like to know so I won't be too suprised when i see a doc. Some things i can think of are cancer(hopefully not) epidydimitus, groin pull, hernia, variecole sp? thanks in advance.
